Dhiren is responsible for taking analytics services in the area of customer and operations to multiple industry verticals. As part of this role, Dhiren is creating a data science based business analytics capability for horizontal problem solving.
Previously, Dhiren was leading Cognizant’s SMAC (social, mobile, analytics and cloud) solutions and client engagement group as part of IT services offering. As part of this initiative, Dhiren was responsible for Cognizant’s SMAC solutions and its “go to market” activities across all verticals. In his prior role at Cognizant / marketRx, Dhiren was responsible for creating and taking to market the global pharmaceutical industry’s leading software as a service Analytics (SaaS) solution for collaborative sales planning.
