Rishi is a Principal at Axtria and has over 20 years of experience as a global executive and consultant with most of his career working in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Prior to Axtria, Rishi has worked at ZS Associates and Accenture, with combined experience across Commercial Strategy & Analytics including brand strategy, marketing analytics, patient analytics, market access and pricing, and sales operations. He has setup and led large Marketing Analytics Centers of Excellence for top 10 Pharma clients. Rishi also has experience in Real World Evidence Analytics, working with Real World Data like patient level claims and electronic medical records data and has co-authored several publications in leading journals and conferences.
Rishi has a very solution-driven approach to solving complex business problems, and has worked extensively with multi-cultural and diverse teams with conscious effort to drive their professional development and overall engagement.
Rishi holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and Bachelor of Technology (with Honors) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
