Vikram Batra brings extensive knowledge in the analytics arena covering Life Sciences, Retail and Publishing industries. His experience spans over management consulting as well as working for a large pharmaceutical company. Areas of focus have included providing advisory services in Sales and Marketing Effectiveness, Managed Care analytics, CRM consulting, etc.
Previously, Vikram was Vice President in the Life Sciences practice at Merkle, and was responsible for providing consulting services across CRM, Strategy, Analytics and Digital marketing. Prior to Merkle, Vikram was a Principal in the Analytics Practice at Cognizant (previously marketRx), where he managed several key accounts for the company and provided services in segmentation, promotion response analytics, marketing mix optimization, managed care and other areas. He has also worked at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), Sanofi-Aventis and Health Products Research (HPR) in a variety of roles in pharmaceutical analytics.
