Job Title: Managers in Berkeley Heights, NJ

Managers (x2): Elicit requirements by conducting evaluations of Axtria’s pharma clients’ business needs & translate business requirements into technical requirements to provide strategic systems solutions. Provide ongoing support to ensure system application is functioning as per specifications. Ensure that pharma clients requirements are incorporated into Axtria’s ongoing systems solutions development & innovation efforts. Above duties performed using skills in SQL, R, and Microsoft Excel; OR SQL, Python, and Snowflake. Salary range &103,917-$150,550.

Manager:Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of Axtria's products or service for clients on a per project basis. Communicate with customers and contribute to the growth of new solutions and/or analytical models. Monitor the work of technical staff and assign responsibilities as needed. Prepare and review operational reports or project progress report. All of the above duties will be performed using skills in SQL, Oracle 9i/10g, and TIBCO Spotfire. Salary $150,301.
