Job Description: Managers & Associates: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research & develop advanced statistical, econometric & optimization models used to help clients understand dynamic business issues & guide them to arrive at a better decision-making process/outcome. Provide insights & support decision-making throughout product lifecycle across marketing & sales functions. Coordinate with Technology & Project Management teams to ensure ongoing refinement of our analytical tools & development of new client solutions.

Skills vary by role. Managers: SQL, R, and Microsoft Excel; OR Applied Data Mining, Statistical Computing & App, and Optimization Models & App. Associates: Web Mining, Digital Innovation, and Data Management; OR Applied Econometrics & Time Series Analysis, Applied Machine Learning, and Enterprise Resource Planning with SAP; OR Cloud Management, Information Management & Technology, and Data Science. Salary $94,910 for all positions.
